ESX 5.1 (Web Client, Cluster, Host, and vDS)
I have a Virtual machine that has 3 NICs associated to it.
I only want 2 (Nic 1 and Nic3).
In VM Hardware, I remove Network Adapter 2.
The Edit window shows that it will be deleted.
I click OK.
The VCenter says it is reconfiguring my host.
When it completes there is no error message and appears successful, but when I look at the device listings, it is still there.
I try restarting my VM, but the device is still there.
Here are my 3 NICS
Now I click the Delete icon for Nic 2.
Here is my device list after pressing OK and having the changes pushed out.
