The problems are disappeared after I rebuilt completely the whole system. I spent the whole Easter holiday to backup, reinstall, restore, and restart the OS X mountain lion, VMFusion, and VMs. All problems disappeared.
I suspect that the old OS X might be infected by some kinds of Virus. Of course, a virus software for Mac has been using for a long time in my Mac and the Mac filesystem and files were fully scanned continuously but no alert was provided.
