CLoned VM GForge not allowing login

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I will give it a shot.

I cloned a RHEL 5.8 VM running a GForge Server. When I attempt to login to GForge via the URL, I go to the 'Log in’ on the GForge page but when I enter a username (a valid user that I know exists), I get 'Must enter a User name' and the login fails...

Is it possible the cloning operation has caused an issue?
