IIS Memory on Win2003 32 bit

Dear Gurus,

Please see below issue.

I am running web based (IIS 6.0) application on Windows 2003 32 Bit Standard Edition.

My application get crashed and through exception {Exception of type system.OutOfMemory Exception was thrown}.

We have increased the Physical Memory of our Web Server from 2 GB to 4 GB.

Without adding any switch in BOOT.INI.

ISSUE:-

My IIS STILL ONLY CONSUMES 700 MB AND APPLICATION GET CRASHED. AFTER INCREASING RAM WHAT IS BLOCKING IIS TO GET INCREASED MORE THAN 700 MB.

YOUR KIND HELP IS NEEDED.
